Eveflex Rubber Burs

To assure the integrity and quality of the rubber burrs, Eveflex mount each rubber head on a metal 2.34mm shank. Each head is assigned a colour, each colour represents how fine or coarse the abrasive compound is. For example, a green rubber burr has been impregnated with an extra fine grit abrasive compound and a blue rubber burr has been impregnated with a coarse grit abrasive compound.

Eveflex rubber burrs have been purpose built for use with pendant motors, hobby drills and micro motors. Given their hard, yet flexible shape they are perfect for use in small and intricate jewellery pieces.

Eveflex Rubber Cylinders

A perfect addition to any jewellery workshop, Eveflex standalone rubber cylinders and rubber cylinder sets give you great value options for jewellers who need more than one type of rubber head. Given the differences in the coarseness of abrasive compounds amongst different rubber heads, you may want to have multiple heads available for different stages of the polishing process.

Eveflex Rubber Wheels

Similar to the rubber burrs, Eveflex rubber wheels are colour coded by their coarseness, making it easier to identify which head is necessary for the current stage of polishing. The rubber wheels can be screwed onto mandrels and are to be used with pendant motors, micro motors or hobby drills. We advise with all rubber heads that you work downwards in grades to obtain the best possible result.
