The solution contains 2g of platinum per one litre which, when added to a plating bath at a temperature of 30-40°C, will deposit a thin layer up to 1 micron, in brilliant, white colour. The deposited layer is suitable for decorative purposes however the high corrosion resistance and hardness also makes this suitable for use in the electronics industry.
