You can now Click & Collect from our stores in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter or Hatton Garden in London.

  Select which counter you want to collect from and a pick up time
• Step 3:
  Your order will be ready to collect in as little as 1 hour

How do I return items?

We want you to shop at Cooksongold with complete confidence. So, if you buy something from us and you're not 100% satisfied or it is faulty, you can return it for up to 180 Days* - just visit our Returns Page for instructions on how to get your FREE Royal Mail return label. Royal Mail can even offer printerless returns in select locations, or for an additional charge, you can arrange a return to be collected from your address.

When will my order be despatched?

We are now able to offer same day despatch for orders placed up to 5pm. Please note that this will only apply to orders to UK addresses.

Please note some delivery options may not be available due to the contents, value or weight of the items in your basket.

Will my Free Delivery order be despatched same day?

We will endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible however Free Delivery orders may not be despatched on the same day. All Free Delivery orders may take anywhere between 2-4 working days to be delivered. For quick and immediate delivery it is advised that customers opt for a next day delivery option.
